MEET FOUNDER
Delandia Dakin
As the Founder/CEO of CAC, Delandia Dakin is responsible for running all facets of the business. Delandia has a proven executive management track record and over 10 years of experience driving growth in corporate America.
Prior to founding CAC, Delandia Dakin possessed 5+ years of managerial experience. She successfully managed employees in a childcare facility, many of whom advanced in their careers due her coaching and leadership. At (Bh) she led the transformation into an enterprise-focused location while maintaining capacity between 85%-90% each year during the time of her leadership. Previously, she served as Executive Assistant of a financial firm in midtown Manhattan where she serviced four C-level CEO’s at HIG Capital. While in this role, she became well versed at handling finances, maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings and finalizing financial contracts locally & internationally. Ms. Dakin also assisted with helping executives open new locations when expanding their businesses.
With all her daily tasks, she has skilled the interaction of human connection, knowing and meeting ones need while developing lasting relationships with clients. All of her experience for the majority of her work life was always in a leadership role.
